Evidence Gaps
Where the literature is thin — and where Investigational Prophylactic must generate
6×5 gap matrix: outcomes × high-risk populations. Cells shaded by number of PMIDs. Pale = gap.
The 1-of-112 problem
Only 1 of 112 US publications in the SLR reports immunocompromised-specific outcomes. Four of eight IC × outcome cells have zero studies. This is exactly where Investigational Prophylacticregistration trials and RWE must generate — the population that will benefit most has the weakest current evidence.
